An opportunity has arisen within our Prep School Reception and administration team for a part time afternoon Receptionist/Admin Assistant.
As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at our Prep School, you will be the welcoming face and friendly voice that sets the tone for every visitor\’s experience. Whether greeting prospective families and other visitors, supporting pupils, or assisting staff, you\’ll play a vital role in creating a warm, professional, and inclusive atmosphere. From managing front-of-house duties and handling phone enquiries to supporting attendance and key administrative tasks, your contribution will be central to the smooth and successful running of our school community.
The role is offered on the basis of an average 22.66 hours per week, Monday- Friday (12.45pm – 5.00pm), during term time, to include 12 Saturday mornings (8.00am – 12.00pm) on a rota basis.
