About the Role
Whether you\’re a skilled Production Operator or looking to kick-start your career, we have multiple positions available at our Panorama site and soon to be ready Salisbury site.
These roles will eventually transition to our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Salisbury, scheduled to open in late 2025. You’ll be joining at an exciting time of growth and innovation, contributing to both the day-to-day operations and long-term future of the team.
Reporting to the People & Production Manager, you’ll be hands-on in the manufacturing process—either operating machinery or assisting in the general assembly of timber products and furniture. You’ll be part of a collaborative team responsible for maintaining product quality, meeting production targets, and working safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation & Assembly
- Operate or assist with automatic/semi-automatic equipment and tools
- Read and follow production schedules and instructions
- Set up or support setup of machinery for production runs
Quality Control & Safety
- Monitor and maintain quality standards across all production tasks
- Assist with machine checks, minor maintenance, or fault reporting
- Adhere to all safety, WHS, and compliance procedures
Support & Teamwork
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
About You

To thrive in this role, you’ll ideally bring:
- Experience in a production, manufacturing or hands-on trade environment
- Willingness to operate machinery or assist with assembly tasks
- Strong awareness of safety and attention to detail
- Basic computer confidence and the ability to follow instructions
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Bonus if you have experience with:
- Edge banders, beam saws, borers, CNC machines
- General assembly, cabinetry, joinery or furniture making
