About this Role
Bedford Modern School (BMS) is a thriving HMC independent co-educational day school for students aged 7-18. Our community is a friendly, happy and supportive one and all of the 350 staff members, spanning both teaching and non-teaching roles, helping to make BMS a very special place to work.
We are seeking two enthusiastic School Lettings Officers to support the smooth operation of our school facilities during evenings and weekends. This is a paid as advised position, with a shift-based schedule covering both weekdays and weekends.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all areas, including the sports hall, swimming pool, and associated equipment, are prepared, maintained, and ready for use. You will also provide excellent customer service to external clients hiring the facilities and ensure the facilities remain clean, safe, and fully operational.
