BMS is seeking an experienced Director of Sport and Fitness to lead and develop sport across Years 3 to 13. This senior role involves leading a large and dedicated team of teachers and coaches, delivering a high‑quality and inclusive sports programme that promotes both participation and excellence. The successful candidate will shape the strategic vision for sport, ensuring every student experiences a meaningful sporting journey and develops a lifelong enthusiasm for physical activity. The role also includes teaching PE, coaching teams and contributing to the wider life of the school. Requirements
- Experienced Director of Sport and Fitness with a passion for sport at all levels, strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate both students and colleagues.
- Must be an inspiring leader capable of motivating staff and pupils alike.
