We are a privately owned, independent 4 Red Star Hotel and Spa. The successful candidate will be joining our Front Office team at Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa. We strive to create a great workplace for our staff which includes many staff benefits.
The Position
We are looking for a full-time Receptionist to be an integral part of our reception team. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running of the reception desk, handling enquiries, problem solving and ensuring an exceptional service and experience for guests. You will be available to work 5 shifts out of 7, on a rota basis including weekends.
About You
Ideally you will have reception experience within a hotel or hospitality environment. You’ll be passionate about creating the very best guest experience – customer service will always be at the forefront of your mind. You’ll bring enthusiasm, experience, organisational skills and a strong team-working spirit. You’ll have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude and be proactive and self-motivated.
