We are a privately owned, independent 4 Red Star Hotel and Spa. The successful candidate will be joining our kitchen team of talented chefs at Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa. We strive to create a great work place for our staff which includes many staff benefits.

The Position

As Chef de Partie you will remain up to date with the latest cooking and presentation techniques, to prepare fresh local foods for guests visiting our 2 AA rosette restaurant; Squires. You will work creatively as part of a team, inspiring fresh ideas and playing a key role in devising menus. You must have experience of working under pressure in a busy, high-end restaurant and be accomplished at preparing and presenting dishes using fresh local, high-quality ingredients.

This is a full-time position (45 hours per week). You will be working on a rota basis, 5 days out of 7.
