The Position

Supporting the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will oversee a team of like-minded individuals whilst being committed to leading by example, motivating others, and providing exemplary service to our guests.

Youll have experience motivating a hospitality team, be highly conscientious and be ready to hit the ground running.

This role will be on a fixed term contract basis for up to 12 months to cover a period of maternity leave. The ideal start date for the successful candidate will be 1st April 2025.

About You

You will have:

Experience at Assistant Manager / Supervisor level within a similar environment.

A passion for hospitality and Food & Beverage with strong product knowledge.

A commitment to maintaining high standards.

A keen eye for detail.

Dedicated to providing excellent customer care.

Excellent communication skills.

Flexibility and availability to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis.

A desire to work in a professional guest-focused hotel environment.

Professionalism and excellent personal presentation.
