You will join a team of professionals who strive to provide an exceptional service to our guests within our 2 AA Rosette ‘Squires’ Restaurant, the Roxana Bar and the Spa Lounge.
The Position
You will provide a high standard of guest service in a variety of food and beverage settings across the hotel & spa – you’ll be friendly, professional, attentive and guest focused. You’ll have the opportunity to learn silver service waiting, receive customer service training, Barista and Wine training and to work in a busy luxurious hotel environment. Depending upon availability, your hours may vary from week to week.
About You
- Previous food and beverage waiting experience will be an advantage.
- Reliable, with a positive approach to work.
- Dedicated to providing excellent customer care.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility and availability to work evenings and/or weekends on a rota basis.
- Professional and well presented.
- A desire to work in a professional guest focused hotel environment.
