Salary: Starting salary ranges from £29,363 to £34,332 per annum, pro rata, with potential progression up to £40,180 per annum pro rata
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the key point of contact for students, staff and external partners on specific courses for advice, guidance and help.
- Deliver academic administration and student support, ensuring high levels of customer service and student satisfaction.
- Ensure the student experience of administrative services on your portfolio of courses and programmes is effective, consistent and of a high standard.
- Work closely with academic staff such as Course Directors and Module Leaders to achieve a consistent and high standard of student experience.
Qualifications:
- Experienced, self‑motivated administrator with a passion for high quality customer service.
- IT literate, proficient with Microsoft packages and database applications.
- Experience in academic administration, preferably within a higher education institution, and familiarity with relevant regulations.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
