We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. As a Room Leader, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. Duties:

Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues

Manage daily routines and activities to promote learning and development

Create engaging lesson plans and educational activities

Provide a safe and secure environment for children

Observe and assess children’s progress and provide feedback to parents

Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning environment

Maintain accurate records of each child’s development and behaviour

Foster positive relationships with parents and families

Implement appropriate behaviour management strategies

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting

Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)

Minimum Level 3 relevant childcare qualification required

DBS check required – paid for as part of the recruitment package, GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Nursery: 2 years (preferred)
