Location: Shuttleworth College – Old Warden
Salary/Benefits: Salary is between £33,048 and £38,169 per annum DOE and Qualifications, plus up to a £3,000 market supplement for suitable candidates, 45 days annual leave plus Bank holidays, Teacher’s pension, Retail and Leisure Discounts, excellent professional and personal development opportunities, accessing college courses.
Hours/Weeks: 37 hours per week – 52 weeks per year
Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time

About the role
We are currently seeking an English Lecturer to join our English and Maths department at The Bedford College Group. As a Lecturer, you play an important role in the success of our students through:
- Deliver High-Quality English Teaching – Plan and deliver engaging lessons across multiple levels, ensuring individual learner needs are met.
