Location: Tresham College – Corby Campus

Salary/Benefits: Salary is between £29,316 and £34,394 per annum DOE and Qualifications, 27 days annual leave plus Bank holidays, People’s Pension, Retail and Leisure Discounts, excellent professional and personal development opportunities, accessing college courses.

Hours/Weeks: 37 hours per week – 52 weeks per year

Contract Type: Fixed Term – Full Time – Fixed until 10 September 2027

About the role

  • Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead, develop and manage a team of advisers, ensuring high standards of performance, customer service, KPI achievement and a positive team culture aligned to College values.
  • Admissions Strategy & Conversion Management: Oversee the full admissions process, from application to enrolment, ensuring compliance with policies, maximising conversion rates and delivering an outstanding applicant experience.
  • Information, Advice & Guidance Delivery: Ensure the provision of accurate, impartial IAG across multiple channels, supporting prospective students to make informed decisions and progress through the learner journey.
  • Data, Systems & Compliance Oversight: Maintain accurate CRM and student data records, monitor performance metrics, ensure GDPR compliance and use data insights to drive service improvements.
  • Collaboration, Events & Continuous Improvement: Work closely with curriculum and support teams, support recruitment events and campaigns, and contribute to service development, training and continuous improvement initiatives.

About you

  • Qualifications, IAG & Professional Development: Educated to Level 3 with GCSE English and maths, with ongoing CPD and holding or working towards a Level 4 IAG qualification to support high‑quality service delivery.
  • Customer Service, Admissions & Impact Delivery: Proven experience delivering results in a busy, customer‑focused environment, contributing to positive student outcomes and achieving service and conversion targets.
  • Leadership, Team Management & Performance: Strong leadership capability, able to manage resources effectively, inspire teams and maintain high service standards during peak demand periods.
  • Communication, IT & Data Management: Excellent communication skills and high IT literacy, with the ability to analyse data, resolve issues and engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Professional Values, Flexibility & Safeguarding: Self‑motivated, adaptable and professional, committed to safeguarding, equality and continuous development, with flexibility to travel across campuses and work varied hours.
