The Bedford College Group is seeking a Chef Manager to lead the Leisure, Catering and Events Services at Shuttleworth College, Old Warden Campus. You will supervise day-to-day kitchen operations, plan production schedules, and ensure high standards of food service delivery.
You will develop menus in line with food cost targets, manage stock, lead and develop the kitchen team, and drive excellent customer experience while maintaining HACCP and safety compliance.
