About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team. In this role, you will support the delivery of a professional, efficient, and engaging recruitment service, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. You’ll play a key part in coordinating recruitment activity, maintaining compliance with legislation, and supporting continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition function.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activity in line with policies, procedures, SLAs, and KPIs
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure a smooth and engaging hiring journey, using effective communication at every stage
- Maintain accurate and compliant HR records in line with GDPR and safeguarding requirements
- Support process improvements by working collaboratively with the wider HR and onboarding teams
- Provide regular updates on recruitment campaigns to stakeholders
- Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative HR team culture
About You
We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent attention to detail.
Essential:
- Experience working in a busy administrative environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and queries simultaneously
- A professional and confidential approach to handling sensitive information
Desirable:
- Experience in recruitment or HR
- Knowledge of HR systems
- Understanding of safeguarding and compliance in education
- CIPD Level 3 or relevant qualification
