We are seeking an experienced Alliances Manager to join our Go-To-Market team. As the Alliances Manager you will play a crucial role in cultivating and managing strategic relationships with Systems Integrators (SI) and Global System Integrators (GSI). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure these partners are well-informed about Bedford Consulting’s service offerings and capabilities, thereby driving revenue through collaborative engagements.

Job Description

As Head of Alliances, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive alliances strategy to identify, engage, and nurture relationships with SIs and GSIs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, fostering strong collaborative relationships to drive joint revenue opportunities.
  • Educate partners on Bedford Consulting’s service portfolio, including managed services, consulting, and implementation offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, delivery, and marketing teams to align partner strategies with Bedford Consulting’s business objectives.
  • Drive partner enablement initiatives, including training sessions, workshops, and joint marketing activities to increase partner awareness and market presence.
  • Monitor and report on alliance performance metrics, including revenue growth, pipeline development, and partner satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to leverage in alliance strategies.
  • Represent Bedford Consulting at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to enhance visibility and partnership opportunities.

Accountabilities and KPIs

  • Alliance Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key contacts at SIs and GSIs.
  • Partner Enablement (SI’s): Ensure partners are fully educated on Bedford Consulting’s service offerings and regularly participate in enablement programs.
  • Revenue Growth through Partnerships: Drive net new and expand business opportunities through SIs/GSIs. Develop joint business plans and align goals ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Partner Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between Bedford Consulting’s internal teams and partner teams to generate solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Marketing and Go-to-Market Activities: Lead joint marketing campaigns, co-selling initiatives, and go-to-market strategies with partners to enhance joint visibility and pipeline growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on alliance performance, partner pipeline, and progress against strategic goals.

KPI’s:

  • Revenue Contribution
  • Partner enablement – number of partners running joint GTM
  • Number of co-marketing events
  • Win rate

Key Pre-requisites

To be successful in this role, candidates must have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in managing alliances or partnerships within professional services industry. EPM experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue through partnerships, and ability to develop new lines of business.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Planning and Digital Transformation.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship building and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and strong business acumen
  • Willingness to travel, EMEA wide
  • Strong people management skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.

Salary Range

: £80,000 – £100,000 plus variable and benefit

Chief Revenue Officer
