What You’ll Do
- Teach practical sessions on our working farm and in modern agricultural facilities
- Share your real‑world farming experience to make learning relevant

What We Need From You
- A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Care, or a related agricultural field
- At least 3 years’ recent work experience in agriculture, farming, or land management
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to complete teaching and assessing qualifications (we’ll pay for these)
- A positive attitude that fits our values: teamwork, always improving, putting students first, being inclusive, and caring

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: up to £41,930 per annum*
- Pension Scheme: Teachers Pension with Employer Contribution of 28.68%
- Annual Leave: 53 days per annum, inclusive of Public Holidays
*Salary package is made up of base salary, plus a Market Supplement of up to £10,000 per annum.
