The Role
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. Working under the supervision of the Property Manager, your responsibilities will include assisting with all aspects of BCHAs maintenance service across all stock, ensuring customer satisfaction and value for money. These tasks cover a wide range of duties including Responsive Repairs, Cyclical Testing, Inspections, Preventative Maintenance, Grounds Maintenance/Gardening, and Portering Services. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Working hours are 08:30-16:30 Monday to Friday, with a flexible approach to weekly working hours up to 37.5 per week.
