Are you looking for a new opportunity to make a difference for families across Bedford Borough? The Family Hubs Team leader role will support 0 to 19 children and 25 with SEND by coordinating the Best Start Family hubs and Healthy Baby programme.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the Best Start Family hubs and Healthy Baby programme to support children aged 0 to 19 and those with SEND.
  • Provide project management, commissioning and service delivery for early years, in family support, health or education settings.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project management, commissioning and service delivery for early years children, in either family support, health or education.
