We are currently recruiting for a Community Support Worker to join our Assessment and Resettlement Team.
The successful applicant will provide support for adults with a learning disability at a range of setting including a supported living project and the wider community.
Duties will include; domestic and where applicable, physical care and social duties, aimed to creating a supporting homely atmosphere where service users can achieve maximum independence.
The post holder will need to adopt a flexible pattern, including some evenings and weekends.
