Job Title: Executive Director of Resources Support
The Executive Director of Resources is seeking to recruit an individual to support the Resources Community in managing daily operations effectively. This role involves a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks at a senior level, including high-level executive support such as planning, coordinating work streams, diary management, meeting arrangements, minute-taking, and ensuring efficient administration.
We are looking for a highly organized candidate capable of prioritizing work to meet critical deadlines. The ideal applicant will have substantial experience in an office or agile environment, with good knowledge of general office and digital systems gained through providing personal assistant and administrative support roles. Excellent communication skills, strong numeracy, IT proficiency, and a customer-focused approach are essential.
