We support families in this aim and where necessary act as a Corporate Parent to promote good outcomes for the more vulnerable children and young people from birth through to their 25th birthday. Following a restructure, we are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Team Manager to lead one of our Assessment Teams. We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting children and families and equally as passionate about working collaboratively with staff and supporting colleagues to be their best. We are committed to systemic practice and ensuring that relationships are at the centre of our interventions. The successful applicant will be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England. They will also have in-depth knowledge of current issues and latest legislation relating to all services covered by this role, and significant strategic management/service planning experience at a senior level.

FTE Salary: £58,490 - £62,133

MRS: £3,000 per annum pro rata (subject to annual review)

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 37 hours
