We are seeking to recruit a Senior Caseworker to provide administrative and casework support across School Support Services within Children’s Services. The post holder will support day to day service delivery, including preparing cases for panels, checking and submitting professional reports, collating funding schedules, processing invoices, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records and databases.
The role involves regular contact with schools, parents and partner agencies and requires a high level of accuracy, organisation and professionalism. You must be able to demonstrate strong administrative, organisational and communication skills, good IT skills and the ability to work to deadlines. You will be required to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
