Bedford Borough Council are seeking an experienced professional to lead and coordinate the delivery of our post-Ofsted improvement programme for Children’s Services. The role involves managing complex projects, driving progress against clear milestones, and ensuring statutory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- You will lead the post-Ofsted improvement programme, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, analyse data, produce high‑quality reports, and present findings to senior leaders and external partners.
- You will manage change and deliver measurable outcomes within Children’s Services or Education contexts.
Qualifications:
- Strong programme and project management skills.
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
- Strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement across multi‑agency settings, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
