Overview
Southway Residential Home is seeking a part‑time Care Assistant to join their care team.
Responsibilities
Provide care to the highest standard in accordance with the needs of residents as assessed and planned.
Support the physical and emotional needs of residents to enable them to maintain maximum independence in a safe environment.
Work 21 hours per week across three 7‑hour shifts, including mornings, afternoons and every other weekend.
Ensure all duties comply with relevant health and safety policies and care standards.
