This is a key operational role overseeing the smooth running of lettings sessions, ensuring our facilities are safe, secure and welcoming for all users. You will supervise Duty Officers on shift and act as the main point of contact for hirers, ensuring consistently excellent customer service.
Our schools offer an extensive range of excellent facilities for hire, including sports halls, dance studios, 4G football pitches, netball courts and a coffee shop. You will play an important role in ensuring these facilities are presented to a high standard and that all users have a positive experience every time they visit.
