Salary Range: £24,000 to £26,000
Location: Harrietsham, Kent
Interviews: This job advert closes on 17th October 2025, with 1st stage telephone interviews during the week commencing 20th October 2025 and 2nd stage face-to-face interviews during the week commencing 27th October 2025.

Responsibilities
- As a Production and Quality Operator you will be utilising a wide range of methods to assemble and quality check products.
- You will have an essential role in the production and quality control of products ensuring they conform to the highest standards and meet the required safety and quality standards.
- The production and quality checks must be fully documented and any defects or issues raised with supervisors and managers.
- First line testing and inspection of incoming products at goods in stage to ensure readiness for despatch and maintain available stock levels.
- Assembly and full testing of final products.
- Troubleshooting issues and executing fault corrections.
- Liaising with operations/warehouse/technical departments to resolve issues.
- Maintaining concise test and production records.
Qualifications
Although this area of work is open to all with relevant experience, candidates with experience of working in a medical devices environment would be beneficial, though not essential as full training will be given.
