Your Mission: As an Asia Pacific Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a network of distributor accounts across the region, including a key account. You will build strong relationships, support and grow existing distributors, and identify and onboard new distribution partners within your territory. You will also identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive sales growth through these partners.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributor accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and managing a portfolio to ensure engagement, retention, and sales growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, including new markets, growth areas, customer trends, and competitor activity, and share insights with the wider team.
  • Set, monitor, and report on sales targets with each account, contributing to both individual and team monthly and annual targets.
  • Conduct sales forecasting and account analysis, providing regular updates and recommendations to the Senior Sales Manager.
  • Attend client meetings, distributor visits, and exhibitions, delivering presentations and representing the company with professionalism.
  • Ensure distributor agreements and contracts are in place and maintained, while supporting overall account performance and development.
  • Accurately manage and maintain CRM records, including logging quotes, leads, and opportunities, and proactively follow up to convert sales.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by setting objectives to support business growth and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with and report to the Senior Sales Manager, actively contributing to sales meetings and team discussions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments, completing administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or relevant field or equivalent experience in a Territory Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar sales role.
  • Experience within the healthcare or medical sales industry.

Valuable Expertise:

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing both existing and new accounts.
  • Strong hands-on sales experience with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Good understanding of sales performance metrics and reporting.
  • Additional language skills relevant to the Asia Pacific region are advantageous.
