Bede's Nursery, nestled by our beautiful Prep school in Eastbourne, is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Key Person’s to join us. The Role: A Journey, Not Just a Job

You won't just be delivering a curriculum; you'll be building the secure foundation that allows a child to thrive. As a Key Person, you will:

  • Be a Child's Champion: Provide exceptional pastoral care and educational experiences, focusing on the individual needs of your key children.
  • Inspire Learning: Plan and deliver enjoyable, effective sessions that bring the EYFS Curriculum to life, maximising every child's learning potential.
  • Partner with Families: Maintain excellent professional communication with parents and colleagues, building the critical "triangle of trust."

What you need to succeed?

  • A passion for Early Years education and a truly dedicated approach to pastoral care.
  • A Level 3 EYFS Qualification or above (essential).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a clear understanding of Safeguarding and Confidentiality.

We are looking for passionate practitioners to join our nursery in both Permanent and Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover) capacities. Hours: Full-time & Part-time hours available (Full time is typically 37 hours per week). Flexibility: We are happy to discuss specific hours and days worked during the interview to find the right fit for you.
