About the Role
Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week Rate of Pay: Discussed at Interview As Retail Store Manager, youll be a key part of our brand and a team player in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving commercial success and Monthly and Quarterly store KPI. Youll be part of a talented team, support in day-to-day operations, and provide excellent customer service and leadership to the Cheshire Oaks customers and team.
What Were Looking For Leadership of a successful team to ensure all staff ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. Manage the stores visual merchandising standards by organising and delegating displays and ensuring products are well-presented. Ensure the efficiency of transactions and ensure all staff are trained to accurately use the till system, including upselling products to maximise sales opportunities. Manage the maintenance of stock levels by replenishing shelves and organising stockroom areas efficiently.
Support opening and closing procedures as Store Manager, including securing the premises after hours. Manage and lead in the organising of promotional events and/or sales campaigns to attract customers. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed as appropriate.
