The Opportunity As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while helping the store achieve its sales goals. You'll be the face of the Bedeck brand, providing expert product advice, maintaining high store standards and ensuring every customer leaves having had a positive experience. Working alongside a passionate retail team, you'll help create an inviting shopping environment that reflects the quality and style of our products. What You'll Be Doing Delivering exceptional customer service. Building genuine relationships with customers and confidently recommending products to meet their needs. Supporting the achievement of sales targets and store KPIs. Processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and housekeeping standards throughout the store. Assisting with stock replenishment and stockroom organisation. Supporting promotions, seasonal campaigns and new product launches. Working collaboratively with colleagues. Helping ensure the store is always welcoming, well-presented and customer-ready
