As Retail Supervisor, you'll be a key part of our brand and a team player in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving commercial success. You'll be part of a talented team, support in day-to-day operations, and provide excellent customer service to those looking to purchase our premium bedlinen and homeware collections in store.

What We're Looking For:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Support the store's visual merchandising standards by organising displays and ensuring products are well-presented.
  • Handle transactions accurately using the till system, including upselling products to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Maintain stock levels by replenishing shelves and organising stockroom areas efficiently.
  • Support opening and closing procedures as a Key Holder, including securing the premises after hours.
  • Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering enquiries or taking orders over the phone.
  • Assist in organising promotional events or sales campaigns to attract customers.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within scheduled shifts.

Proven retail sales assistant experience with a strong track record in customer service, retail shop floor experience. A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and late nights. Familiarity with premium homeware or lifestyle products is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with an ability to engage confidently with customers and team members.
  • Previous experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in visual presentation and stock management.
  • Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods and prioritise tasks accordingly.
