We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Assistant & Keyholder on a temporary basis to lead the way.
About the Role
- Contracted Hours: 18 hours per week

As Retail Sales Assistant and Keyholder, you will be a key part of our brand and a team player in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving commercial success. You will be part of a talented team, support in day-to-day operations, and provide excellent customer service to those looking to purchase our premium bedlinen and homeware collections in store.
What We Are Looking For
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, ensuring a positive experience.
- Support the store's visual merchandising standards by organising displays and ensuring products are well-presented.
- Handle transactions accurately using the till system, including upselling products to maximise sales opportunities.
- Maintain stock levels by replenishing shelves and organising stockroom areas efficiently.
- Support opening and closing procedures as a Key Holder, including securing the premises after hours.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering enquiries or taking orders over the phone.
- Assist in organising promotional events or sales campaigns to attract customers.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within scheduled shifts.
Proven retail sales assistant experience with a strong track record in customer service, retail shop floor experience. A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and late nights. Familiarity with premium homeware or lifestyle products is a plus.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with an ability to engage confidently with customers and team members.
- Previous experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in visual presentation and stock management.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods and prioritise tasks accordingly.
