BEDE is seeking two dedicated Individual Needs Assistants (INA) to support a Sixth Form pupil with Cerebral Palsy from September. You will act as an inclusion facilitator, removing barriers, and supporting the pupil’s independence in mobility and learning.
This role involves engaging with the wider school community, using assistive technologies, and attending off-site events.
The contract is fixed-term until mid-2028 or 2029, with 37 hours per week, offering an attractive salary of £16,446.87 plus benefits.
