We are seeking to recruit motivated and confident Swim School Teachers, to deliver swim lessons as part of our expanding Swim School Team.
Roles and Responsibilities
Within this role, you will be supporting the Head of Swimming in crafting a sustainable, long-term program that fosters both team and individual growth. You will help to create a positive and fun environment, in which to motivate and encourage students, contributing to the development of a forward-looking program, aimed at increasing participation and delivering high-quality coaching throughout the program.
Qualifications and Requirements
It is essential to have a Level 2 in Swimming Teaching/Coaching or above or willingness to obtain a Level 2 with support from Bede's.
Location
This position will be based between our Prep School in Eastbourne and our Senior School in Upper Dicker.
Hours and Contract
This is a Casual Contract. Our Swim School runs Tuesday's - Friday's 17:00 - 19:30, so working hours will be flexible between these days and times – up to 10 hours per week which can be discussed at interview.
