We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Vice Principal – Key Stage 4 to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving academic success, raising aspirations, and ensuring every student achieves their full potential. What You'll Do
- Contribute strategically to the wider leadership, vision, and continuous improvement of the school.
- Lead and inspire our Key Stage 4 provision, ensuring excellent outcomes for all students.
- Drive a culture of ambition, resilience, high expectations, and success.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve student attendance, punctuality, and behaviour, implementing effective strategies and interventions to remove barriers to learning and maximise achievement.
- Use data intelligently to identify trends, accelerate progress, and close achievement gaps.
- Work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and external agencies to secure positive outcomes for all learners.
- Lead and support pastoral and academic initiatives that promote engagement, wellbeing, and achievement.
