  • The Successful Candidate Will
  • Lead and inspire the PE department, promoting high standards of teaching, learning and achievement.
  • Drive student participation and excellence across curricular and extracurricular sport.
  • Support and develop colleagues through effective leadership, coaching and professional development.
  • Monitor student progress and use data effectively to improve outcomes.
  • Lead on departmental planning, assessment and quality assurance.
  • Promote a positive culture of physical activity, wellbeing, teamwork and healthy competition.
  • Contribute positively to the wider life and strategic development of the school.
