Trinity Academy require examinations invigilators to be responsible for the smooth and effective conduct of examinations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in supporting students through their exams and is looking for flexible hours on a casual basis. This role is essential to the smooth running of the examination process. In addition to ensuring correct exam procedures are followed, the successful applicants will be responsible for:
- Setting out and collecting exam scripts and materials
- Admitting students to the exam hall/room
- Invigilating during the exams
- Collating exam papers to be sent off to the Exam boards
- Reading and scribing for students during exams (where required)
- Receiving full training prior to commencing duties
