The Assistant Director of Education will help to drive educational excellence across the Trust's schools. If appointed, you will join a team that will ensure that every school within the Trust delivers high-quality education, achieves strong outcomes, and provides an enriching experience for students within the context of our inclusive Christian ethos. We believe that each person in our schools is valued, challenged and inspired, because they are made in God’s image and therefore infinitely precious, morally responsible and gifted for a purpose.

The Trust comprises both schools with a religious character designation and those without and all provide Christian ethos schools of character for the whole community in six areas of significant deprivation. We have the privilege of educating over eight thousand children and young people every day and aspire to grow further. Our appointment of a third Assistant Director of Education marks a significant step change in the Trust.

We seek a committed and accomplished educational leader who is able to demonstrate impact in school improvement and will have demonstrated the ability to form strong working relationships with colleagues and wider stakeholders. So, if you want to join a trust at an exciting time in its development and have a passion for ensuring exceptional standards in teaching, curriculum and achievement, we would love to receive an application.

Join us, and in addition to working with highly committed and hard-working colleagues you will have access to:
