VIP Manager / Senior Travel Designer
beCuriou ( a travel and events company established in 2013, focusing on high-end private and corporate clients across the world. We aim to be industry leaders in personal service and sophistication. beCuriou has three offices in London, Oslo and Singapore. This position is London based.
Role Description
- Coordinate, handle and assist on high end client bookings from clients based globally
- Take responsibility for trip finances and costings and have full control over projects from start to finish
- Conduct independent research into private and group travel, working with the team to procure the best options
- Produce and file important documentation pertaining to bookings, including timelines, checklists, contracts, travel details, and more
- Use industry knowledge to work with the team effectively
- Ensure our relationships are well maintained, with both clients and suppliers
- Exercise a high degree of resourcefulness and ‘can do’ attitude
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience at a small to medium sized luxury travel agency tailoring complex and sophisticated bespoke travel itineraries, including personal responsibility for trip finances and control
- In depth knowledge of luxury hotel brands & affiliations
- Good client relations skills and inter-personal skills
- Ability to collaborate within a team at a high level
- Driven, proactive, and structured
- High level of attention to detail and service delivery
- Enjoy working on multiple diverse projects independently and with the team
- Good values and attitude
- University degree required
