Responsibilities:- Coordinate, handle and assist on high-end client bookings from clients based globally.
- Take responsibility for trip finances and costings and have full control over projects from start to finish.
- Conduct independent research into private and group travel, working with the team to procure the best options.
- Produce and file important documentation pertaining to bookings, including timelines, checklists, contracts, travel details, and more.
- Use industry knowledge to work with the team effectively.
- Ensure our relationships are well maintained, with both clients and suppliers.
- Exercise a high degree of resourcefulness and a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Highly interesting tasks and a diverse clientele.
