We aim to be industry leaders in personal service and sophistication. beCuriou has three offices in London, Oslo and Singapore. To enhance our capacity, we are hiring for an exciting senior position in our London office.
Role Description
- Creating and managing tailor-made itineraries for UHNWI
- Client facing (email, phone, and in-person) and final decision maker on high value bookings
- Conducting extensive research into each and every trip – private and groups
- Using sales skills to convert enquiries into bookings
- Using industry knowledge to lead the team on trends, travel products, travel contacts, and more
- Collaborate with team members, provide assistance and product knowledge relevant to their ongoing bookings
- Ensure our relationships are well maintained, with both clients and suppliers
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience at a luxury travel agency tailoring complex bespoke travel itineraries
- Experience in handling bookings from start to finish, including pricing, invoicing, and budgeting
- Good negotiation skills and know-how of industry practices and standards
- Extensive destination knowledge and in-depth knowledge of luxury hotel brands & affiliations
- Excellent client relations skills and inter-personal skills
- Driven, proactive, and structured
- Exceptional attention to detail and service delivery
- Interest in gastronomy, wine, art and culture, mirroring the interests of UHNWI
- Enjoy working on multiple diverse projects independently and with the team
- Good values and attitude
- University degree required
