As a Warehouse Operative (CME Navison) you will join a busy warehouse environment where accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail are essential. The position focuses on supporting the full flow of goods, from receiving and storing inventory through to picking, packing, and dispatching orders. You will gain hands‑on experience using warehouse systems and processes while ensuring a high standard of safety, quality, and efficiency in daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Learn and use the CME Navison system for goods in, goods out, stock transfers, adjustments, and stock counts.
- Pick and prepare orders accurately using pick lists, including understanding locations, quantities, and lot numbers.
- Pack, check, and dispatch products using internal systems such as Ship Manager and Scripteasy.
- Ensure all daily orders are processed and dispatched within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain accurate stock levels, including supporting top‑up processes and reducing stock shortages.
- Receive incoming goods, enter them into the system, and distribute to appropriate locations.
- Support warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Assist with quality checks and maintain accurate records, including off‑site stock.

- Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment is beneficial.
