As a Territory Manager for the Medication Delivery Solutions team, you will drive growth and build relationships across the South West territory. Your portfolio includes the Vascular Access Management (VAM) range, covering peripheral cannulas, central venous access catheters (PICC), prefilled syringes, and skin‑preparation products, while integrating ultrasound and ECG technology for PICC placement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop collaborative partnerships and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for the VAM portfolio.
- Understand customer needs and drivers to cultivate strong relationships and position BD as the preferred partner.
- Analyse sales data, trends, and metrics to drive informed decision‑making.
- Consistently use the BD CRM, Salesforce, prioritise and manage key accounts, and sell and implement BD Added Value Services.
- Develop and implement territory plans for sustainable sales success, adapting as needed to align with BD MDS strategy.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to customers on the VAM product portfolio.
- Contribute actively to Regional Team discussions and goals, sharing knowledge and leading projects.
- Collaborate with Clinical Teams to conduct product trials and manage in‑service processes.
