The Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) commercial team is hiring a Territory Manager to manage the BD APM portfolio across South East England (Sussex, Kent, Hampshire and Surrey). This role focuses on maintaining key customers, developing new sales opportunities and delivering advanced hemodynamic monitoring solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact within the region, utilizing an extensive understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology to advise customers on appropriate BD APM products.
- Build and manage strong, long‐lasting relationships with anaesthesiologists, surgeons, business managers, referrers and other NHS influencers to position BD APM solutions.
- Leverage long‐term relationships with senior‐level customer contacts and BD colleagues to achieve sales success.
- Support existing business while developing and closing new opportunities, identifying improvement areas to meet sales targets, and leading the execution of short‐ and long‐term regional plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Sales experience within the medical devices industry or relevant clinical experience, with a commercial mindset.
- Ability to interact professionally with all organisational levels and to proactively escalate issues.
- Strong prioritisation skills in a fast‐paced environment.
- Anticipates and understands customer needs, feedback and objections, applying knowledge to create value.
Salary and Benefits
£45,000 – £60,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits.
Location: South East England (Sussex, Kent, Hampshire, Surrey).
