Sales Specialist – Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD) – Midlands Territory. Field‑based role focused on delivering sales targets for PVD products and engaging with Interventional Radiologists, Vascular surgeons, and Nursing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual territory targets for BD’s PVD portfolio.
  • Understand customer needs and position BD solutions to meet those needs profitably.
  • Engage and demonstrate product value to Interventional Radiologists, Vascular surgeons, and Nursing teams.
  • Support appropriate product use in complex clinical settings.

Qualifications

  • Degree level education or equivalent.
  • Extensive sales experience with a record of success in NHS Healthcare sales.
  • Clinical training preferred; experience coordinating multiple departments within a NHS setting.
  • Strong command of SFDC CRM – used daily to support sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with procurement and budget holders.
  • Experience navigating a complex selling environment.
  • Product demonstration experience in complex sales involving multiple decision makers.
  • Analytical ability to interpret customer data and develop clear, clinically and technically sound solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teaching, and presenting skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize complex issues into simple messages.
  • High motivation, effective organisational skills, and ability to work independently and within a dynamic team.

Travel & Work Environment

  • Field‑based role requiring up to 80% travel within the Midlands Territory.
  • Minimum of 4 days per week on‑site for most roles; remote or field‑based positions have specific workplace arrangements.

Compensation

Annual salary range: £43,300.00 – £66,025.00 (GBP). Competitive package of compensation and benefits.
