Regional Business Manager – South. High‑impact leadership role, leading a team of Territory Managers to drive sales and profitability in the Vascular Access Management portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver or exceed annual sales revenue and profitability objectives for the region.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing sales team.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned to business strategy.
- Drive a culture of Commercial Excellence, leveraging CRM tools such as Salesforce to support business planning and forecasting.
- Build strong relationships with senior healthcare stakeholders and decision‑makers.
- Partner with Commercial, Medical, Clinical, and Marketing teams to maximise business opportunities.
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
- Coach Territory Managers through regular field visits and development plans.
- Contribute to UK&I leadership initiatives and cross‑portfolio projects.
- Ensure compliance with BD policies, processes, and ethical standards.
