As a Marketing Operations and Events Coordinator for MMS Northern Europe at BD, you ensure the consistent, high‑quality and compliant delivery of marketing activities across the region. You translate strategic plans into clear, measurable actions across countries and channels, working closely with marketing, product, sales colleagues and external partners to bring structure, clarity and momentum to campaigns, digital activity and events.
Responsibilities:
- Drive day to day execution of regional marketing plans, campaigns and priorities across Northern Europe.
- Build and maintain clear workflows, timelines, budgets and purchase order tracking for marketing activity.
- Apply regulatory and approval requirements to all campaigns, materials and events, ensuring compliant delivery.
- Activate omnichannel campaigns across CRM, email, websites, digital platforms and social media with consistent messaging.
- Analyse campaign and digital performance, translating data into clear reporting and improvement actions.
- Plan and deliver regional and local events, including congresses, workshops, advisory boards and internal meetings.
- Equip sales teams with accurate, current and approved tools and materials.
- Connect marketing, sales, agencies and suppliers to ensure smooth execution across countries.
Salary: Salary range for the role: £32,000 to £37,000.
Location: GBR Winnersh - Eskdale Road.
