In this role you will investigate customer complaints related to medical devices, ensuring timely resolution in line with regulatory and quality standards. You will work on root cause analysis, product testing and clear documentation to improve customer experience and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage receipt, processing, and evaluation of complaint-related products and samples
- Conduct investigations into customer experiences and communicate findings across teams
- Perform root cause analysis and formal product testing on infusion devices
- Document investigation results and conclusions in the complaint handling system
- Analyse complaint trends and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions based on investigation outcomes
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to address issues
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards
Preferred Requirements
- Engineering degree or HND/HNC in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering, or a minimum of two years of proven experience in an engineering role within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or related industries
- Skilled in failure analysis and problem‑solving for electromechanical devices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong reporting skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
- Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple investigations accurately
- Strong communication skills for clear written and verbal updates
