As an Operations Technician you will support the manufacture of TissuePatch within the Surgery organisation. No previous cleanroom or manufacturing experience is required – full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out manufacturing activities such as solution preparation, casting, and cutting (training provided).
  • Prepare, clean, and check glassware and equipment before and after production.
  • Clean and maintain cleanroom environments in line with agreed standards and procedures.
  • Perform routine microbiological monitoring and complete required documentation.
  • Support equipment maintenance in partnership with engineering colleagues.
  • Monitor raw material and solvent levels and assist with goods receipt and booking-in.
  • Maintain production areas to be safe, organized, and efficient.
  • Keep accurate records in line with quality, regulatory, health, and safety requirements.
