As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will play a key part in keeping day‑to‑day operations running smoothly. The role combines hands‑on administrative work with operational coordination, supporting purchasing activities, supplier records, process training, and performance reporting. You will work closely with colleagues across Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering to ensure accurate data, strong compliance, and well‑organized workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage purchase orders in line with internal policies.
  • Resolve invoice queries and drive timely closure through clear follow‑up.
  • Maintain supplier records in Aravo and ensure alignment with the Approved Supplier List.
  • Coordinate C2C local process activities, including training assignments, role‑based curriculums, and weekly completion reports.
  • Support change orders by identifying stock cutover dates and communicating impacts on inventory and scrap.
  • Collect weekly and monthly operational metrics from multiple teams.
  • Maintain consolidated metric files to support reporting and informed decisions.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, including meeting coordination and document control.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and confidence in maintaining accurate records.
  • Experience with procurement and supplier management systems or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Clear and respectful communication style when working across different teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office, with particular confidence using Excel.
  • Comfortable working in a regulated environment where accuracy and follow‑through matter.
